* Restrictions:
1) To receive credit, you must use Bob Angilella or a member of his team. Before you book your reservation, contact us and schedule an appointment with our team. We will show you property, negotiate the contract and open escrow. This is an Internet special, we cannot honor room stays if you do not book first, then call us for an appointment. No retroactive stays (credits) allowed.
2) A Buyer Broker Agreement must be signed.
3) Credit will apply up to 60 days after departure (check out) date.
4) Limit one credit per person, couple or family. No credit will be issued for additional nights.
5) An original receipt must be provided to receive credit. (Excluding tax, food, phone, Internet, etc) Only room rate will apply for credit.
6) Does not apply to licensed real estate agents in the State of California. Offer valid when we represent buyer on homes negotiated over $ 150,000. Not valid with any other offer. All above restrictions apply. Escrow must close, we will then issue you a check for reimbursement.
